Form R comes to Portfolio Online

Following a successful pilot in the North East, Form R is now available on Portfolio Online for all schools in psychiatry. The Form R is a welcome addition to the online reviews already available and will save trainees and deaneries time as a number of fields will be automatically populated when the form is generated.
